Our West Wales adventure begins and ends in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire and runs from 4pm on the Monday evening to 10am on Friday morning.

The price of your retreat: 4 evenings & 3 full days of creativity, adventuring, friendship, food & fun - £1,195 (not including the cost of your chosen room at our partner hotel).

Your can choose to pay the full sum of £1,195 today or by paying the first of 4 part-payments of £299 each (total : £1,196). The final amount is due by the 20th August 2026.

Due to the nature of our team organising and booking locations and suppliers throughout the year for Crefft, all payments are non-refundable (including the booking and the final balance). For this reason we advise that you organise your own appropriate travel or trip insurance, as booking your space on our retreat enters you into a contractual agreement to provide full remittance for your entire booking of a place on our Crefft 2026 retreat regardless of attendance. We offer a cooling-off period of 14 days from initial booking of this listing during which a guest is eligible for a full refund, after which the terms and conditions of the booking apply.

Once you have made your initial payment, put a date in your diary to organise and pay for your room with our partner hotel, The Mariners, by phone on 01437 763353. This payment is not included as a part of your retreat fee.
Be sure to mention that you are staying with the hotel for ‘Crefft with Zoe’ to benefit from our special Autumn 2026 room rates, which are inclusive of a wonderful Welsh breakfast each morning and free guest parking, and start at £99.00 per night for a single room and £110.00 per night for a double room for single occupancy.

Booking your place on Crefft will give you access to a special members area of this website where you will find more information about your trip, links for you to make any final payments, as well as downloads, guides, and lots more in the run-up to our time away together!
